New Consultant Checklist
Welcome to Paparazzi!! Here are a few things to help you get started!
___ Complete the “Getting to Know You” form.
___ Change your voicemail to reflect you are a Paparazzi consultant. (ie “You’ve reached Susie with Paparazzi Accessories, please leave your message etc.)
___ Open a separate bank account for your Paparazzi business that includes a debit card.
___ Set up a PayPal or Square (https://squareup.com/i/75DC8890) account with a card reader (it is free), so you are set to take
payments. It can be helpful to link this with your new Paparazzi bank account.
___ Order business cards from www.paparazzitools.com or create your own on VistaPrint using the logos available on back office.
___ Log into Back Office through www.paparazziaccessories.com, click login and make yourself familiar with the back office options, especially orders
___ Order any other business supplies, apparel, event displays, or inventory you will need (My suggestion here is limit your spending. Your kit will have all you need to start with, and you can gauge what you may need as you sell more inventory.)
___ Visit the Dream Makers and Paparazzi Princess Facebook Groups (You will be added to them. Message me if you can’t access them.)
___ Do training in pinned post at the top of the Facebook groups.
___ Create a Paparazzi VIP Group on Facebook where you can communicate with
customers. This helps keep your personal page from being cluttered up with Paparazzi.
**BONUS: You can also set up albums of our Blockbuster pieces on this group page so that your friends can start shopping ASAP!** If you need help setting up a VIP Group there are instruction under files on the Dream Makers Page.
___ Complete VIP Group Training (You will need an invitation to this training. Please let me know when you are ready to start it.)
___ Review CinchShare website, I highly recommend using CinchShare to post your parties. You can review how-tos on the website, and there are training videos available on YouTube and various Paparazzi training FB pages. ___ Send Private Messages, Texts or Call close friends to let them know you have started a new business and that you’d love to share it with them. You can use something like this:
“Hi _______! I hope you are doing well. I just wanted to touch base with you to let you know
I’ve started a new business called Paparazzi Accessories. It offers fabulous jewelry and
accessories at an affordable $5 price point! To get my business going I’m looking for 10 fabulous ladies to hold parties for me. You can do an in-home party, where I bring my jewelry to you and your friends at your home or we can do an online Facebook party, where I post pictures of my pieces for your friends to order. Are you able to help me out? Thank you!”
